AYBN is the team that builds and runs AYBN ERP. The product is developed for Indian businesses, with GST, challans, godowns and Indian accounting practice built in from the start.

What AYBN ERP is
A web-based ERP that you use in the browser. It covers leads and quotations, sales orders, deliveries, invoices, purchases, multi-store inventory, accounting, GST, payments and reports, for one company or several.
Because every module works on the same customers, items and accounts, a delivery knows its order, an invoice knows its deliveries, and a payment knows the invoices it settles. The books and GST reports are built from those same documents.
The problem we are solving
Most growing businesses run on tools that do not talk to each other:
- Spreadsheets for orders, stock and dues
- A billing tool that does not know what was delivered
- Accounting software kept separately from operations
- Separate apps for enquiries, stock and payments
The result is the same work typed two or three times, stock that does not agree with invoices, dues nobody can confirm, and GST data rebuilt from spreadsheets every month. AYBN ERP was built so that work is recorded once, where it happens, and everything after it follows from that record.
