Books That Keep Themselves Up to Date.
Accounting in AYBN ERP is built from the same orders, deliveries, invoices and payments your team already records. Every sale, purchase, expense and payment posts its own journal.

Accounting kept apart from operations is always behind.
When the accountant re-enters sales and purchases, the books are only as current as the last data-entry day.
Re-entry of every transaction
Invoices and bills are typed again into accounting software.
Books that lag
Profit and dues are only known at month end, after reconciliation.
Numbers that disagree
Sales reports, GST figures and the books come from different places.
Disconnected departments
Sales, stores and accounts each keep their own version of the truth.
From Lead to Ledger, everything connected.
In AYBN ERP the books are not a separate system. Invoices, purchases, returns, expenses and payments post their own journals as they are saved, and every report reads the same entries.
Receives: Sales invoices, purchase invoices, returns and notes, expenses, receipts and payments, plus your manual journals.
Feeds: Ledgers, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and fund flow, and the same tax amounts feed GST reports.
