Terms of Service
These terms will set out the basis on which businesses use AYBN ERP. The structure below is complete; sections marked “To be confirmed” are being finalised with legal review.
1. About these terms
These terms apply between ACCURATE COMPUTER SERVICES, which provides AYBN ERP, and the business that uses it.

To be confirmed: The legal form of the provider and the exact wording that identifies the contracting parties are awaiting legal review.
2. The service
AYBN ERP is a web-based application for managing sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, GST and payments. The features available today are described on the Features page.
Features labelled “Upcoming” on this website are on the product roadmap. They are not part of the service until they are released.
3. Accounts and access
- Each user signs in with their own account. Login details must not be shared.
- Your organisation’s administrators decide who has access and what each person can do, and should deactivate users who leave.
- You are responsible for activity under your organisation’s user accounts.

4. Your data
You can export reports and documents from the application at any time, as described on the Backup & Recovery page.
To be confirmed: Ownership of customer data, the permission AYBN needs to process it to provide the service, and any data-processing terms are awaiting legal review.
5. Acceptable use
To be confirmed: The acceptable-use rules (for example, no attempts to access other companies’ data or to disrupt the service) are awaiting legal review.
6. Third-party services
e-Invoice and e-Way Bill run through a GST Suvidha Provider using your own account with that provider, and company e-mail runs through the mail server you connect. Those services are provided under their own terms.
To be confirmed: AYBN’s responsibility for third-party services is awaiting legal review.
7. Tax and compliance responsibility
AYBN ERP provides tools and integrations that support GST-related business processes. Businesses remain responsible for maintaining accurate information and meeting their applicable statutory obligations, including reviewing and filing their returns.
8. Fees and payment
Plan prices have not been published yet. See the Pricing page for the current position.
To be confirmed: Fees, billing periods, taxes and refunds are awaiting a decision.
9. Availability and support
To be confirmed: Service availability, maintenance windows and support channels and hours are awaiting a decision. No uptime commitment is made until then.
10. Suspension and termination
To be confirmed: When either party may suspend or end the service, and the notice that applies, are awaiting legal review.
11. Your data after termination
To be confirmed: How long data remains available for export after the service ends, and when it is deleted, are awaiting a decision.
12. Warranties and liability
To be confirmed: Warranties, disclaimers and limits of liability are awaiting legal review.
13. Changes to these terms
To be confirmed: How changes to these terms will be notified is awaiting legal review.
14. Governing law and disputes
To be confirmed: The governing law and dispute-resolution process are awaiting legal review.
